 Pam Hoffman, Co-Owner
Pam is the daughter of Farnham Insurance founder John Farnham who started the agency in 1972. She currently co-owns the agency along with her brother Jay Farnham. She began working at Farnham Insurance in 1984.
Pam attended Weidner University and graduated with an Associate Degree in Accounting. She is a licensed agent in Property/Casualty, Life, Accident and Health insurance. She obtained her licenses in 1984.
Pam believes her purpose is to continue the founding principles taught to her by her father. She strives to treat each and every client as she would want to be treated, as well as provide valuable service to policyholders.
Pam is married and has 3 children.
 Jay Farnham, Co-Owner
Jay is the son of John Farnham who founded Farnham Insurance in 1972. He currently co-owns Farnham Insurance with his sister Pamela Hoffman.
In 1988 Jay began working for the agency after attending Millersville University. He is a licensed agent in Property/Casualty, Life, Accident and Health insurance. He was licensed in 1989.
Jay continues to pursue the vision of his father -- to create an agency where clients and future policyholders feel comfortable that they are being serviced with the very best knowledge, respect and honesty that they deserve.
Jay is married and has a son.
 Veronica Bucher, Licensed Agent
Veronica joined Farnham Insurance in 2007 with a total of 22 years of insurance experience as an agent and claims processor. She provides excellent service to new and existing policyholders, drawing from her years of experience in the insurance industry. She obtained her Property & Casualty license in 1994.
Veronica is married and has two sons. She attended Harrisburg Area Community College and has been a Notary Public since 1989.
 Patty Hodges, Licensed Agent
Patty, sister-in-law of Jay Farnham, began her career with Farnham Insurance in 1994. She evaluates the needs of policy holders and prospective clients, while providing the proper coverage and excellent service.
Patty graduated from of Indianna University of PA in 1988. She is married with three active boys. Patty is licensed to sell Property/Casualty, Life and Accident and Heath insurance. She obtained her licenses in 1995.
 Dona Teeter, Office Receptionist / Customer Service Specialist
Dona began her career with Farnham insurance in 1996 as the office receptionist and customer service specialist. She handles all the daily clerical work, as well as greeting walk-in clients. She feels her purpose is to provide excellent service to current and future policyholders by making them feel confident and comfortable as clients of the Farnham Insurance Agency.
Dona is married / widowed and has 6 children and seven grandchildren.
